Welcome to this website dedicated, not just to a great artist, but also to a very good friend, William Mason. (1906-2002). All the paintings shown here were all purchased directly from the artist studio, therefore their authenticity is not in question.
I met William Mason for the first time in 1989, when I was introduced to him by a good friend of mine art dealer, and went back to see him at several occasions.
Each time I met Bill, he would let me take home scores of his work. I had then a busy Art Gallery , and was selling his work on a regular basis.
What I found the most fascinating in William Mason's work, was the fact he had that most sought after quality in a painter, he brought something different to the world of Art…. If you have seen a painting by William Mason, you will for ever be able to distinguish his work from others as had this special brush...
